It’s true. When we don’t have much our priorities change. What gets me is how much I wasted when I had more of it.
Money smoney.
I’ve managed to spend only €3 per day this week. Walking in and out of work. Made dinners at the weekend and froze them. Have a load of booze left over from a party I had weeks ago. Make coffee in work instead of buying them. I do miss the cute girls from the cafe though.
It is amazing, it’s honestly taking me 24 years to realise the difference between what I need and what I want, even though I have physically less money and things I have everything I’ve ever needed and wanted.
Yeah but Jelly, what about that puppy?
At the end of the day, money doesn’t love you back.
It’s getting close to that time of the month for me now too. Beans on toast for dinner fery shortly.

Indeed. I hoard my money in an overdraft.
